Job Description :
- Prepare and review working shop drawings for projects & its facilities whenever needed.
- Prepare concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings .
- Prepare Furniture Layouts, presentations.
- Responsible for the full order until delivery
- Present monthly report to the CEO with full work done during the month
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with existing and new clients.
- Creating and updating a solid clients database.
- Prompt and market company products for office space.
- Presenting company to local market professionally.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture is preferred but not a must.
- 2+ years of experience in the same field is a must.
- A solid technical background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English.
- Presentable.
- Team working ability.
- Excellent use of AutoCAD and 3D Max is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Furniture is a MUST
- Ability to works under stress and working with no little direction.
