Job Description
- Responsible for all legal and corporate compliance functions of the business.
- Oversee labor and regulatory requirements in different countries operate.
- Draft and review supplier, partner and client agreements.
- Review, maintain legal contracts and update them on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance on territories where we operate.
- International tax research & planning
- Lead SOC2 compliance and other legal actions/ initiatives.
- Understanding of labor law.
- Master services agreement drafting and reviewing.
- Corporate tax is a big plus.
