Job Description
- Executes and develop Architectural design using Revit and relevant design software
- Develop and modify Architectural Design drawings packages
- Conducts preliminary studies of design Proposals and Technical studies of design developments and coordination
- Works on development and coordination of detailed working drawings,
- Assists on development and coordination of detailed working drawings and B.O.Q
- Coordinate, collaborate, with design team on design aspects
- Coordinate with other design departments (Structure, electrical ,mechanical, Landscape) to fulfill technical requirements
- Assist the in the development of Design reports and presentations
Job Requirements
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Skilled in using Revit software to model and Develop architectural projects,
- Knowledge of the Revit work-sharing users strategy.
- Good knowledge building Materials, design standards and fire and life safety codes
- Skilled in Developing Design Drawings and Construction packages
- Fluency in Arabic and English Speaking and writing
- Good working knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Active learning skills
- Minimum Qualifications
- BA./BSC. degree in Architecture from a recognized university
- Having 2-5 years of Solid experience in design and development of Architectural projects
- Demonstrates proficiency with design software i.e. Revit , Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Architectural design Building Construction and Architectural Details
- Demonstrating Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, )
- Good understanding of design process and design development workflow utilizing Utilizing BIM Tools (Revit).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Good Command of Rhino and Dynamo is a plus
- Leed GA Certification
- Sketching skills, Graphic design and photography are an advantage
- Excellent working knowledge , Adobe Creative Suite: (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign,)
- Excellent working knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
