Job Description

  • Responsible for the whole recruitment procedure cycle.
  • Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules,
    working conditions, etc.
  • Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or recommending revisions, as needed.
  • Coordinate personnel activities as needed.
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
  • The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's human resources efficiently including their compensations and benefits, their career development plans, and the staff annual appraisals.
  • The candidate will also be responsible for measuring the employees’ satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • 3 years Maintain of experience as an HR Generalist, Specialist, and Talent Acquisition Specialist.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Very good command of English
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
  • HR diploma or certificate is a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High problem-solving abilities
