Job Description
- Ensure that each project has been properly created on the ERP system before start working in the project.
- Follow up and control direct costs for each project on the ERP and in operation sites directly.
- Approve system PRs for budget approval.
- Review and verify work orders details.
- Review the weekly operation analysis reports.
- Follow up on project costs and technical rates.
- Check and revise drivers’ compensation.
- Monitoring ports and operation sites expenses
- Monitor and control in-ports warehouses and customers balance in each port.
- Allocate monthly costs and expenses on projects to GL Accounting section.
- Prepare and update vessels P&L.
- Handle and maintain weekly and monthly reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Commerce – Accounting department.
- 3-6 years of experience in costing.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Knowledge of cost control methods and techniques.
- CMA is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel.
