Job Description
- Supplier Negotiation and Onboarding Supplier Identification: Research and identify potential suppliers.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions, including pricing, service levels, and integration requirements.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and finalize contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and business standards.
- API Integration Technical Assessment: Evaluate the technical capabilities of the supplier
- APIs Integration Planning: Develop a detailed integration plan, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Implementation: Work with the development team to integrate supplier APIs into our booking engine and other systems.
- Testing: Conduct thorough testing to ensure the integration is seamless and meets performance standards.
- Performance Optimization Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of integrated APIs to ensure they meet agreed-upon service levels.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during or after integration, working closely with suppliers and internal teams.
- Enhancements: Implement enhancements to improve API performance, such as optimizing data flow, reducing latency, and increasing reliability.
- User Experience Improvement Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from users regarding their experience with the integrated services.
- Analysis: Analyse feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- User Interface Optimization: Work with the UX/UI team to enhance the user interface and ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Collaboration and Communication Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including product management, development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful integration and optimization.
- Supplier Communication: Maintain regular communication with suppliers to address any issues, discuss performance, and explore opportunities for further collaboration.
- Documentation and Reporting Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and performance metrics.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on the status of integrations, performance metrics, and any issues or improvements.
- Continuous Improvement Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in API integration and optimization.
