Job Description
- Validation of supplier invoices and park them for posting
- Reviewing and posting vendor invoices to process payments
- Performing periodic vendor reconciliation and record pending invoices
- Following for good receipt status & finalize vendor-approved invoices
- Following for vendor down payments status
- Reviewing and post petty cash expenses sheets and process payment to petty cash holders
- Reviewing and post business trip expenses sheets
- Performing monthly closing activities for accounts payable
- Preparation of monthly tax file return
Job Requirements
- Excellent In English
- Excellent In Excel
- Have knowledge in SAP (Additional)
