Job Description

Supervise 

  • Training staff 
  • Supervise all process and Procedures.
  • Control the company’s data 
  • Developing and putting policies and procedures in place
  • Implementing specific projects 
  • Assist in vendor relationship management

Coordinate 

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  •  Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
  • Train new employees to make sure they meet various guidelines.
  • Make sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desires of customers.
  • Settles upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the consumer interaction is of the utmost of professionalism.
  • Sending samples to customers and building a database of samples and their locations.
  • Provide the price list for the customer upon need.
  • Follow-up with project management in implementation and make sure that they are match with the requirements of customers.

Administration 

  • Store and sort the data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable.
  • Answering customers' queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates.
  • Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Send inspection requests for approval.
  • Follow-up to preview requests.
  • Issuing inspection orders - installation request - supply request.
  • Follow-up reviews of the various management of the contract.
  • Keep files and records papered for each project.
  • Enter project data on the ERP system.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience from 3- 7 years  as sales coordinator manager 
  • Good computer skills (MS Office).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
