Job Description
1- Shuttle bus management: the car company's sourcing negotiation is determined, the commuter bus route arrangement, fee settlement and service supervision.
2. non-production material management: development, procurement, requisition and inventory of suppliers of office labor protection supplies and non-production consumables, and replenishment of safety stocks.
3. Food, clothing, housing and transportation of Chinese colleagues in Egypt: Responsible for renting houses, signing contracts, payment, vehicle leasing, maintenance and other reimbursement matters for Chinese colleagues.
4. Responsible for the search, negotiation and payment of suppliers for their department's business.
5. Other operations related work.
Job Requirements
1-Bachelor degree, preferable major in Administration;
2-Relevant working experience;
3-High sense of responsibility and confidentiality；
4-Identify with the company culture and follow the work arrangement;
5-Ability to withstand stress, can accept overtime;
6-Military service finished.
7-Language required: Chinese & English.
