Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Utilize market insights to adapt and refine sales strategies, ensuring a competitive edge in the fintech landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions that align with the company's products and services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage any escalations effectively.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's fintech products and services.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition to clients, addressing their financial needs and challenges.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Share market insights with the product team to contribute to product enhancements and developments.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for presentation to the executive team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in fintech sales, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and not less than 5 years of experience at the managerial level.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in Egypt.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth in a start-up environment.
