Job Description
- Provide the 2nd level support for ESCC customer to facilitate the usage of ESCC implemented software and security solutions.
- Provide senior level technical support for PKI/cryptography infrastructure.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for applications and systems to determine root cause.
- Build and modify systems to meet project and user requirements.
- Participate in design reviews.
- Evaluate hardware and software requirements for PKI/cryptography infrastructure.
- Assist in the development of IT security architecture, controls, processes, standards, policies.
- Provide problem analysis and solution development activities.
- Installing and deploying the open source products and the programs developed by ESCC team to meet the systems ‘needs of the provided security solutions.
- Installing the required applications needed to deal with certificates and different systems.
- Lead the definition and implementation of POCs around PKI and other certificate related technologies.
- Install and configure PKI environment including CA, OCSP, CDP (CRL Distribution Point)
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to solve problems perform research and derive solution opportunities.
- Ability to coordinate and Support large & complex projects including product upgrades and deployment of new capabilities and enhancements.
- The position requires strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, as well as a methodic and disciplined approach to IT issue resolution and systems management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise, network, system and application level security issues .
- Fundamental or greater understanding of encryption technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer interaction skills required.
- Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure and X.509 concepts.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to detect security threats/exploits and identify cryptographic needs
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networks.
- Ability to manage time and organize multiple tasks and issues.
- Ability to take initiative and self-motivate.
- Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
