- Workflow & internal process automation prospective understanding
- Support application users in the system issues to facilitate their role in the system smoothly.
- Identify, recommend, and implement solutions for problems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline – preferably, Computer Science
- 2-3 years of experience in application and database support
- Have a good understanding of ERP Implementation and applications in general.
- Strong knowledge on using Business Intelligence products along the concept.
- Participated in Data warehouse projects design, implementation, and operations.
- Awareness on the Robotics Process Automation is an advantage
- Preferred hands-on experience on ERP service specially on MS Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365, Power BI.
- Preferred hands-on experience on HRMS service specially on SAP HCM, Success factors and Hits.
- Proven track record of application and financials ERP support, deployment, patching and issue resolution.
