Job Description

We are currently seeking an applicant with following qualifications:

  • Responsible for the sales department
  • Prepare Daily, Monthly sales reports and KPIs Report
  • Assisting the management in coordinating tasks and assignments with Sales team.
  • Prepare quotes and offers.
  • Responsible for the social media platforms and coordinating marketing campaigns. 
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including email.
  • Responsible for upcoming tenders deadlines.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating for special events such as exhibitions. 
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
  • Responsible for all clerical work, including the databases & the archiving system.
  • Upating customer relationship management software on daily basis according to sales team reports.
  • Documents expenses and generates reports.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.


 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business. marketing, economics or related field.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Having the required sales & scientific skills.
