Job Description
- This role will be responsible for ensuring support levels from both management and users. You will need to track, solve and report support issues and search for solutions to these issues.
- Report all raised daily issues and project-related concerns to the Project Manager and Planning Manager.
- Fill the knowledge gaps in SAP modules as required for the current assignment.
- Analysis of support issues and taking ownership of issue investigation and resolution
- Proposals or issues are escalated to the Application.
- Reporting recurring problems and suggesting their solution to the Application Support Team - IT.
- Responsible for uploading all basic data of the new branches.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP B1 application
- Ability to write business documents and training manuals.
- Ability to conduct (requirements gathering meetings) with users and efficiently understand and interpret their requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to changes
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good command of English and strong computer skills.
