System Engineer

Responsible for all Technical Implementations and Technical support (Remotely or On-site) activities including Low Level design preparations

And multi-vendor devices configuration for (Networking, Light Current and computing Systems) including the following activities:

1. Configuring and Preparing low level design (LLD) for Network systems 
2. Installing Computers Systems (Operating Systems installation, special software, printers, tablets,)
3. Configuring Light Current Systems (IP CCTV, Access Control, VMS, Multi zone and public address systems, Nurse call system, Fire alarm, Intrusion system, Digital Signage, IP Clocks)
4. Handling Technical Support Ticketing system and following the procedures to ensure the desired result 
5. Create technical Configuration document according to work instructions and requirements including solution design description, statement of work, product datasheets.
6. Prepare shop drawings, Single Line Diagram, Schematic Diagrams & Technical Submittals.
7. Identify suppliers and technologies that meets individual client needs and engage with them to acquire quotations and technical information required to prepare customer proposal.
8. Coordinate with customer appointed contractors and stakeholders and prepare any required material and shop drawing submittals after project award
9. Supervise technical installation team and manage all project implementation activities from inception till final delivery.
10. Prepare final As-built shop drawings and hand over documentation

     11. Conduct customer training
