Job Description
Key accountabilities
- Plan, design and built the Intune deployment, as well as assisting the broader IT team with ongoing infrastructural tasks.
- Provision of expert technical and advanced problem-solving skills to resolve all technical and Office 365 issues.
- Establish, maintain, and utilise appropriate tools and methods to address user support queries and return user's ICT systems and networks to optimum efficiency.
- Develop reference materials such as UAT Test plans through maintenance of documentation on system configurations and technical processes.
- Prepare and analyse, diagnose, and resolve complex desktop problems for end-users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions.
Job Requirements
Experience Required
- Extensive Microsoft experience and strong, technical working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender and O365.
- Intensive knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Windows 10 desktop engineering from solution, architect, and security perspectives.
- Proven experience in preparing End User Computing environments for consumption of Office 365 services.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting enterprise directory environments underpinned by Microsoft Windows Server (2008 and higher), Microsoft Active Directory and, SCCM, Group Policies, VPN technologies and security compliance on desktop devices.
- Demonstrated experience in Incident, Change and Event management processes and technologies.
