Job Description

  • - The career scope includes the engineering, financial and administrative sectors
  • - Develop strategic plans for optimized  
  • -Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement
  • -Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
  • Assisting the Chairman of the Board of Directors in implementing the company's vision and leading its employees to achieve the highest productivity in line with the company's policies and values.
  • • Assisting the Chairman and Managing Director in planning, implementing, directing and managing all functions within the scope of responsibilities in order to achieve the company's strategic objectives efficiently and effectively.
  • • Assisting the Chairman and Managing Director in developing and formulating strategies and action plans in accordance with approved budgets, and measuring and following up on achievement and achievement rates.
  • • Representing the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Managing Director in all meetings, taking decisions and managing all departments in his absence.
  • • Review and analyze all data on pivotal issues to help take important decisions.
  • • Develop and submit monthly reports to the Chairman and Managing Director on the status of projects, plans and assets
  • • Presenting all the company's activities related to new projects, tenders, financial commitments, asset purchases, appointments and evaluations of occupants of pivotal positions to the Chairman and Managing Director for decision.
  • • Follow up on all technical aspects of operations and activities in its departments.

Job Requirements

  • Engineering bachelor’s degree(civil - architecture)
  • More than 25 years of experience in the field of urban &Real Estate development Sector
  • Proven experience in a managerial role
  • Strong decision-making capabilities
  • Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans
  • Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
