Job Description
- Create an inspiring team environment for testing.
- Set clear team goals based on technical and business discussions.
- Execute test suites. Perform exploratory, performance/load, integration, end-to-end, and acceptance testing.
- Analyze and document test results. Files defects, elaborating on expected and identified behavior, and identifying the area/cause of defect.
- Create test plans, reviews/tests requirements, and creates functional/non-functional tests.
- Validate and verify resolved defects.
- Lead and coach junior QC engineers.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies. Continuously evaluate and promote the use of new tools, techniques, frameworks, and platforms.
- Follow standard change and version control processes.
- Plan activities and report on progress alignment against plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics ..etc.)
- A recognized certification in Quality (CMQ/OE, CQA,CQIA, CQA, etc.)
- Solid understanding of the project management lifecycle.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Being highly disciplined, organized, and having an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Comprehensive understanding of Quality control and Assurance techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
- Excellent communications, presentations, interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Self-driven and proactive spirit.
- Presentable and Challenging Personality.
