Job Description
As Senior JAVA Developer, you shall be responsible for all System updates and upgrades.
You shall be expected to:
- Write “clean”, well designed code.
- Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Follow industry best practices.
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science
- Good command of English.
- Proven software development experience in JAVA
- Experience in content management systems such as Joomla and Bootstrap
- Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc.
- Prior experience Developing Web Services is preferred (SOAP, XML, etc.)
- Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay etc)
- Expert with JavaScript including Node.JS
- Experience in PostgreSQL on LX platform
- Unit Module and Integration Testing.
- Comfortable working on Linux
- Experience with working with a team
- Experience in PostgreSQL on LX platform
- Experience using a source control system such as Subversion or git
- Familiarity with limitations of JAVA as a platform and its workarounds
- Experience with E-Payment Systems
