Job Description
- Check daily online bookings in the system .
- Handle all Daily Travel agents requests .
- Work on all reservations created to get better rates.
- Handle on request bookings and get it confirmed.
- Find new resources for better rates
- Make telephone calls to the potential customers.
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner.
- Very good English - reading and writing
- The ability to complete rates and dig for the best offers for the request.
- Good Communication and Negotiation Skills and able to work under pressure.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Reservation agents will have to solve customer issues, sometimes without seeing the actual problem first hand, being able to problem solve with a customer will help your job.
- Very good computer skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Work under pressure.
- Ability to work after hours if needed.
- Understand the service concept of travel industry
- Understand the service we present to our travel agents.
