Job Description
- Accomplishes regional sales objectives
- Manage the overall operational responsibilities and activities of the UE region.
- Consciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organizations and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the organization.
- Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
- Review performance data that includes sales, and subordinate activity reports, to monitor and measure Regional productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: University degree in, Pharmacy, Medical, Veterinary or science Biology
- Languages: Good command of English language
- Desirable Training: Management / MKT courses
- Computer Skills: MS office Literate
- Excellent Communication skills

- Ability to establish sales objectives for teams
