Forasna.com is Egypt’s first and most reliable online platform (Website) that connects highly educated people looking for jobs in Arabic as well as low, medium or no education workers, technicians, drivers,…etc. with their needed employers We provide a database of 350,000+ job seekers visiting each month .We are currently serving more than 1,500+ active employers from Egypt’s top multinationals, SMEs, and startups.
Basharsoft is expanding it's newest project team's (Forasna) and hiring Sales Account Manager.
This is a role focused on client relationship building, retention and satisfaction. You'll manage a portfolio of business and be responsible for its growth and results.
Responsibilities:
- Service and support existing and new clients.
- Advise clients on new services and close deals.
- Be an expert on our products and services.
- Increase revenue and retention rate for your accounts.
- Prepare reporting and account documentation.
- Work directly with client decision-makers.
- Most support / sales is done in office (email / phones) but large accounts may require on-site visits.
- Open new leads and get new clients.

- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong client service skills. (Love to help mentality).
- Proven Track record in sales and target achievement.
- Perfect English
- Exceptional communication skills (face-to-face, email, chat, and on the phone).
- Previous experience with Internet services is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
