Job Description
- Develop company action plan in the area of external relations with social security and labor entities.
- perform the needed regular visits for social security & labor offices.
- monitor and manage the data filing system for all employees both internally and externally.
- understand government priorities, laws, regulations, decision making process and anticipate future challenges/needs likely to impact our business strategies.
- monitor and analyze legislative processes regarding employment.
- handle all Headcount End to End on boarding & off boarding related activities.
- work closely with the outsourcing co. for all on boarding & off boarding related activities.
- proactively manage / resolve any disputes / penalties filed by the governmental entities regarding employment.
- manage onsite inspections by Social Security and labor offices.
- ensure compliance to government legislations and laws.
- co-operate within the department to ensure fulfillment of strategy and objectives
- support in labor relations matters.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in Business or any degree related.
- Good command of English language verbal and written.
- Full knowledge of related laws and regulations.
- 5 -8 years of experience
- Construction background is an asset
