Job Description

  • Collect, analyzing and presenting technical data through collecting, organizing & storing all data sources to communicate proactive analytics reporting and present it to all concerned departments.
  • Develop and implement new technical techniques through identifying the know-how with other departments to ensure efficient performance and productivity of IT systems and present it to IT clients and customers
  • Manager and Coach capacity control function to maximize process optimization within IT department
  • Present both regular and incident-based technical reports highlighting areas of enhancement, available risks or the possible cause of issues affecting the business.
  • Create all IT workflows on the different systems and manage their updates.
  • Organize and write supporting documents for IT products and services
  • Explain scientific and technical ideas in simple language, to the IT clients and customers.
  • Work with quality assurance team to clearly document, develop and communicate existing or new business processes of the department.
  • Provide objective evidence to initiate corrective and preventative actions for flaws identified in policy, procedure, and practice.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement projects as project team member representing his/her department when needed.
  • Coordinate with quality assurance team in the internal audit process to ensure it is undertaken in a timely and effective fashion.
  • Close any findings might come from the audit related his /her department.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or similar degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a Contact Center with at least one year managing a team of 5 or more.
  • Share point and info path designing expierence.
  • Ability to deliver technical and scientific ideas in simple language.

  • Ability to work with different teams with very good interpersonal skills

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of Excel and word
