Job Description
Managing efficiently all the procurement activities of the project including:
- Review procurement plan along with project time schedule.
- Procurement of equipment, materials and systems in compliance with project quality and specification requirements.
- Procurement of materials and subcontractors in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.
- Ensure timely delivery of equipment, material and systems to support site installation works as per approved work schedule.
- Ensure compliance of procurement process with approved procedures and policies, with respect to time, cost, and quality.
Job Requirements
- 7 -15 years of experience in major engineering design and construction contracts with, at least, 3 years’ experience in procurement management activities.
- Relevant University degree not necessarily in Engineering.
- English language proficiency.
- Familiar with Procurement Programs to manage Procurement Plan.
- Experience in planning using Primavera.
- Knowledge of FIDIC is preferable.
- Negotiation and management skills.
- Financial analysis and creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience in transportation and customs clearance
- Experience in developing a procurement plan.
