Job Description
- Control and monitor project total expenditure
- Verify and check Project invoices and claims.
- Participate in the periodical review of the project original budget, committed/actual
- Analyze financial data and interpret data to determine past financial performance and project a financial probability
- Prepare project cash flow and track cash flow on periodical basis
- Review cost and develop budget versus actual analysis
- Generate periodical cost reports including ‘Earned Value Report’, ‘Plan Spent versus Actual Spent’
- Revise project cost estimate at the end of every reporting period to generate ‘Forecast At Completion’
- Perform cost analysis and advise project leaders on cost over-runs in a timely manner
- Evaluate variation orders submitted by the contractors, and check its impact on total project cost.
Job Requirements
- 7 - 15 years relevant experience in project estimating and cost controlling.
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Project Management / Cost Control knowledge.
- Strong Project cost planning, scheduling and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
