Job Description
- Product Forecasting (Rolling forecast 18 month)
- Ensure availability of goods at any time and secure delivery of goods efficiently to provide customer satisfaction
- Generation of order confirmations / proforma invoices based on approved price lists
- Generation of delivery notes
- Planning and coordination of shipments together with the corporate supply chain and logistic department
- Monitoring of any shipment from German central warehouse and production facilities
- Ensure smooth supply of any commodities
- Preparing Letters of Credit
- Complaint management and solution-orientated trouble shooting in regards of product shortages, wrong deliveries, damage of goods, replacement deliveries according to company’s policies and procedures
- Cash-Care-Management and monitoring of receivables
- Process and monitor bundle deals and respective deliveries
- Support in product registration processes
- Support the organisation in local activities, events or exhibitions
- Support the Sales and Senior Sales Management in budgeting process and cost control
- Follow-up of customer inquiries
- Provide the customer with necessary certificates of analysis
- Responsible contact person for supply chain department, central warehouse, third party suppliers and forwarders
- Preparation of monthly sales revenue reports
- Support the sales and senior sales management in tender processes and country individual projects
- Follow-up and process product recalls
- Ensure proper price, delivery and process documentation
- Secure the preparation of all necessary import/export documents
- Preparation of credit and debit notes in close collaboration with Corporate and/or Senior Sales Management
- Maintain SAP pricelists after approval of Corporate and/or Senior Sales Management
Job Requirements
- BA or BS in a related technical or business field
- College degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a procurement role, preferably in Pharma or Med tech or related health care environment
- Excellent communication and computer skills

- Ability to multi-task simultaneously is desirable
