Technical Support Specialist

Misr International Films is looking for a motivated and passionate technical coordinator. Your role will be to ensure smooth operations through the maintenance and monitoring of the audio-visual equipment (including cinema projectors) in our cinemas and IT systems in use, in cinemas and offices.

Tasks will include:

• Preventive maintenance scheduling, execution and reporting
• Diagnosing hardware/software faults, testing and fixing faulty equipment and solving technical problems
• Coordinating with local and international solution providers, in cases of escalation, and following up on issues resolution
• Installing and configuring computer systems
• IT User access administration
• Updating self-help documents so employees/partners can try to fix problems themselves
• Your technical support will be vital to the ongoing operational efficiency of the company.
