Job Description
- Inspect and verify supplies received against invoice and packing slip.
- Locate stock and deliver requested items to authorized departments.
- Manage inventories and expediting materials delivery.
- Record all stocked items that are issued to the departments.
- Keep records of materials/items (including surplus materials) received, issued or distributed in accordance with established procedure.
- Invoice documentation according to company policy and procedures.
- Unloads delivery van and checks off delivery notes, completes discrepancy reports for warehouse, completes excess / damage stock forms, and loads onto delivery van.
- Hangs stock on correct hanger.
- Prepares the stock ready for selection to go onto shop floor. Places all remaining stock in the stock room in correct area.
- Check through all stock room stock and tags any stock not security tagged.
- Ensures that all work-areas are clean and well maintained.
- All October, Procedures are followed.
- Ensures sure that garment care is carried out allowing for the product to reach the sales floor in the best possible condition.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in the same position.
- Training 1 year in the field of warehouse and supply chain.
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- Ability to read, understands, follow, and enforce safety procedures.
- Proven skills in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Arabic languages
- Experience In SAP, ERP Is a must
