Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Perform all Secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the professional, efficient and effective fulfillment of the Chairman Office requirements.
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Job Requirements
- Females Only
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or English Commerce (Accounting)
- Priority goes to who worked in pharmaceutical industry before
- Fluent in English is a must
- Preferable to speak Russian is a plus
- Computer Skills (ICDL- E-marketing)
