Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Perform all Secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the professional, efficient and effective fulfillment of the Chairman Office requirements.
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Females Only
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or English Commerce (Accounting)
  • Priority goes to who worked in pharmaceutical industry before 
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Preferable to speak Russian is a plus
  • Computer Skills (ICDL- E-marketing)
