Job Description
We are currently recruiting for Call Center Agents. The role is based in Alexandria, Egypt so only Alexandria residents should apply. Work hours are between 10:00 PM and 4:00 PM Monday to Friday on a rotating night/morning shift roster, with Saturday and Sunday off.
- The position’s main responsibility will be to provide support to customers and various operational teams and ensure work continuity and maximum efficiency.
- Daily tasks include taking inbound help calls from customers, outbound calls to customers, data entry, coordinating with external vendors and government organizations, plus various support and administration tasks as requested by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
The right candidate must have the following combination of skills & personal attributes:
- Must be fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Must have a Bachelor degree as a minimum
- Must be a fast learner and have a positive can-do attitude
- Must be able to multi-task & be a productive team player
- Must be able to perform under pressure with minimal supervision
- Experience in a call center or IT help-desk support is desired
