The Company:
Archzone is an up-and-coming company that provides architectural, interior, and graphic designs; project and construction management; and urban planning. Our portfolio covers a myriad of projects, which include:
- Commercial projects - office buildings, theaters, embassies, railway stations, hospitals, hotels, etc.
- Industrial projects - all types of factories.
- Residential projects - towers, private villas and compounds.
- Mega scale projects - urban planning and restoration projects.
- Archzone specializes in other types of services, such as working and shop drawings, landscape designing, feasibility studies for projects, development of corporate identities, branding, and more according to our clients’ needs.
Responsibilities will include:
- Work with the Chief Architect and project team on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production.
- Motivate and lead a team of young, vibrant and conscientious architects, drafters and 3D rendering.
- Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and other innovative media.
- Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination.
- Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs.
- Be a leader among peers, and mentor to others.
Job Requirements
The Candidate:
- We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Senior Architect who can lead a team from initial concept design through documentation development. To be considered for this role you must have held a leadership position on design-focused projects.
- Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an architectural team leader.
- Imperative that you are a design focused Architect with proven leadership skills.
- Must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to problem solve both individually and as a part of a project team.
- Proficiency in the use of 2D/3D software, including Revit, AutoCAD, 3D MAX, V-Ray, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Strong organizations skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Strong graphic and visualization skills to communicate design ideas.
- Innovative thinking, balanced with ability to present real-world technical solutions to new design challenges.
- Must thrive with personal responsibility and accountability, but embody and embrace open communication and team-oriented success.
- Agile architectural skill sets, ready for active participation in all phases of the design process.
