Job Description
- Manage all the contractors, lead the meetings, controlling the schedule and the quality.
- Responsible for interfacing with the client, Work closely with Engineering and Procurement team as needs to achieve the project target dates.
- Ensure implementation of the Project Procedures.
- Lead the project team, and manage and organize the sequence of work on site, from the commencement up to close out of the project.
- Control site staff man-hours and budgets.
- Lead pre-construction meetings and progress review meetings with the Contractors.
- Ensure the implementation of Safety rules
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in architecture Engineering.
- 3 - 5 years experience.
