Job Description
- Work within the Quality Management System requirements and procedures including Certification and Customer requirements.
- Work within Environmental and Health & Safety requirements procedures.
- Handling of different audits such as Gemba Walk , Internal Audit and LPA
- PDCA for all issues related to customer satisfaction
- Assisting the Management Team and provide support as necessary.
- Manage and leads the subordinates reporting to him/her to achieve targets and objectives set by the Company.
- Handle and delegate administrative tasks required by this post
- Induction training of new staff on quality related subjects
- Follow up the scrap rate of the lines and stop the lines which exceeds 2 % reject rate or work not according to procedure
Job Requirements
- Preferably having a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or related technical field, or at least 3 years work experience in the quality sector, combined with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in Middle Management.
- Excellent knowledge of quality tools
- Ability to analysis in detail
- Oral and written skills, strong interpersonal skills and superior organizational abilities.
- Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment is essential.
- Ability to be flexible and multitasking.
- Methodical approach, enthusiastic with an emphasis on accuracy and quality of work.
- Goal Oriented Self Starter.
- Certified six sigma green belt
- Statistical process control(SPC)
- ISO TS 16949 awareness
- Excellent Communicator.
- PC-based computing experience is essential.
