Job Description
- Convince prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their sale and agree the terms
- Achieve individual monthly sales target as set by management.
- Arrange meetings with clients and present all company’s project/s details to the client.
- Promote sales of properties through cold calls, prospecting, handling leads and networking.
- Reach new customers to enlarge company’s selling opportunities
- Responsible for selling and promoting for new homes, and resale residential or commercial properties.
- Complete all necessary documentation associated with selling units.
- Provide daily reports, potential clients, confirmed meetings, Meeting Surveys, Units status reports to the Sales Team Leader.
- Provide daily report on meeting status including customer feedback and any related analysis as required and reports to Sales Team Leader.
