Duties & Responsibilities

• Organize website menus/sub-menus to ensure products are well represented on the platform under the right categories/sub-categories and cross links to improve customer experience of the content.
• Ensure all product visuals uploaded on the platform conform to MITCHA Brand Identity guidelines
• Responsible for the website product catalogue from data entry to review, cross selling for each piece till final launch.
• Ensure a high level of accuracy in all information posted on the website.
• Follow a very structured template related to product information and photography specifications.
• Regularly update the product catalogue as needed, as new products come in, products are removed, put on sale, and communicate any changes that occur to all internal stakeholders.
• Make sure all designers biographies are uploaded on their main page on the platform
• Communicate new designers to the Content and Social Media team to make the necessary updates
• Support website development initiatives and continuous enhancement on www.mitcha.com
• Ensure all posted content is correct in terms of language structure and style.
• Work with the Marketing team on highlighting the seasonal collections, new brand launches, and best selling products.
• Monitor the customers’ experience on a regular basis to ensure the website’s navigation is of high standards.
