Job Description
- The aviation agent provides with sales / business strategies and the ideas of targeting the aviation market.
- Concentrates on developing sales plans, appraising and evaluating market conditions on an on- going basis and maintaining business momentum so that they can compete in the market.
- Assures that the company gets business from the qualified vendors with all government/foreign entities.
- Handle the sales targets by convincing the management process about his work and getting a hand in between the process.
Job Requirements

- IT skills for dealing with the computerized check-in systems
- To be able to cope with difficult passengers and remain calm
- Number skills for calculating excess baggage charges.
- Courses Required: Amadeus
- Bachelor's degree. An M.B.A. degree in a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of government / agency / bureau sales experience is considered a plus.
- The aviation agent should have experience of purchasing / procurement, agency sales too.
- He or she should have broad understanding of contracts language / law fundamentals, federal acquisition regulation and budget legislation, and appropriations / funding.
