Job Description
Performing customer service tasks:
- Handles Inbound & Outbound calls, inquiries and complaints from customers within North African countries.
- Welcoming newly purchased IRs and also providing after sales calls to the existing IRs.
- Greeting walk-in customers and answering emails.
- Ensuring all internal or external customer’s problems & solutions are promptly handled.
- Assisting Independent Representatives (IRs) on signing up, using Virtual Account.
- Account in person, by phone and Skype.
- Promoting existing and newly launched products, incentive promos and company events.
- Assisting Quex KL/UAE to call undelivered/returned shipment and POD verification.
- Checking and liaising with Finance in Hong Kong for any commission concerns.
- Traveling to support local and regional events
- Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievement and activities in daily & monthly.
Handling of Customer Request:
- Filing and following up customer requests and complaints.
- Ensuring all the information and documents required are sufficient and valid.
- Liaising and communicating with GSC UAE/HK/KL on the CRFs status.
- Informing customers of the progress of the CRFs.
- Handling of Incoming & Outgoing Parcels, Mails and Products.
- Ensure proper record all outgoing mails/packages in the incoming/outgoing log book.
- Arranging courier services for external dispatches of packages and mails.
- To ensure proper recording in the log in/out book for incoming products.
- Checking and liaising with Quex in KL/UAE for customer’s product status and product pick up request.
- Other Ad hoc duties which may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications: Educational or Experiential Requirements for the Job
- University Graduate
- At least 2-3 years customer service experience, work in Call Center or Direct selling/MLM companies are preferable
- Multilingual (English/Arabic/French)
- Willing to work in shifts
- Willing to travel
