Job Description
- Developing itineraries and making quotations for packages mainly in Far-East and Europe
- Dealing with various trips' types (Leisure, Honeymoons, Adventure, Corporate etc.)
- Making presentation for clients about various honeymoon destinations
- Following up with the clients during and after their trip through various channels (Calls, emails, social media channels etc..)
- Limited advice for travelers of visa procedures (Schengen, UK, US & Thailand) is a Plus (There is a separate Visa Department for Visa hassle)
- Issuing travel insurance
- Basic usage of our social media channels in order to respond to clients' requests
Job Requirements
- Ability to use “Amadeus” system is a must
- Presentable and friendly
- Good knowledge of various destinations (especially Europe and Far-East)
- Ability to use online booking systems (e.g. DOTW, GTA etc..)
- Living near Nasr City is a plus
- Maximum age 35
- Very good English spoken and written
- Working in similar fields (e.g. incoming tour operator or outsourced travel consultant for clients in Canada) but not exactly the same won't be part of screening process
