Job Description
- Will be expected to provide superior customer service and offer excellent advice for customers.
- The position requires the ability to manage several on-going queries at once, as follow-up communications to provide additional details is sometimes necessary to make the sale.
- Maintaining punctuality on working hours through complying to start time and break times to ensure availability and optimum utilization.
- Build a customer relationship/partnership through gaining customer trust to add value to the customer and ensure leading to a long term profitable relationship.
- Maintain high performance through accomplishing assigned targets and Quality guidelines on the due dates to ensure achieving performance.
