Job Description
- Manage daily correspondences and dealing with couriers.
- Assist all departments in sending faxes and distribute daily correspondences.
- Liaise as document controller for administration department.
- Arrange for stationary requirements for all departments.
- Record annual leave applications and manage attendance logs.
- Help Human Resources department in arranging interviews appointments.
- Receive daily telephone calls & greet visitors & clients.
