Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage hiring process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, deliver feedback and agree on terms and conditions etc
  • Prepare employee files and ensure all documents are delivered in a timely manner as well as managing contract signing.
  • Serve as an adviser to management for employee counseling and discipline
  • Serve as an executor for all employee requests such as issuing letters.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are well met and improved to match the company's mission
  • Manage and review the employee database accurately to ensure that data and documents are always up-to-date and matching legal requirements.
  • Ensure that all employees have the necessary support and information on all employment matters

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor degree and related HR diploma is preferred but not essential
  • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience with a good experience in Recruitment & OD functions
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken in English
  • Experience and familiarity with standard HR administrative tasks
  • Presentable with very high motive for career growth
