Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage hiring process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, deliver feedback and agree on terms and conditions etc
- Prepare employee files and ensure all documents are delivered in a timely manner as well as managing contract signing.
- Serve as an adviser to management for employee counseling and discipline
- Serve as an executor for all employee requests such as issuing letters.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are well met and improved to match the company's mission
- Manage and review the employee database accurately to ensure that data and documents are always up-to-date and matching legal requirements.
- Ensure that all employees have the necessary support and information on all employment matters
Job Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor degree and related HR diploma is preferred but not essential
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience with a good experience in Recruitment & OD functions
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken in English
- Experience and familiarity with standard HR administrative tasks
- Presentable with very high motive for career growth
