Job Description
- Plan and complete daily assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Manage network and data security, including Active Directory, group policy, antivirus, email security, etc..
- Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures
- Install and configure wireless networking equipment.
- Create, analyze, report, convert, or transfer data, using specialized applications program software
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Setting up users and Email accounts for new users
Job Requirements
- Good Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IIS , Database and File and print servers
- Basic Knowledge of network troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of communications ( routers , firewall , …. )
- Able to support Users remotely or travelling to other offices
- Good Knowledge of Hardware and software
- Microsoft Windows Environment Knowledge
