Job Description
- Handle daily transactions & Payroll processing to guarantee smooth delivery of accurate payment for employees on timely basis.
- Handle employees’ overtime and time allocation and include in payroll. Carry out timely & complete hiring / termination logistics.
- Enter and maintain a variety of employee payroll deductions using manual and automated systems.
- Review time sheets, work sheets and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
- Record employee information, such as new employees, transfers and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
- Complete time sheets showing employees arrival and departure times.
- Responsible for issues contracts ,deals with social insurance for new hires and also handles resignation or resigning employees.
- General, overall Personnel and Labor Relations practices and legal requirements.
- Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires (promotions, transfer, performance reviews, terminations ...etc.).
- Follow up with medical insurance company and handling climes & complains.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of same experience.
- Fluency in English Language.
- Excellent MS-Office skills.
- Presentable, Active, and Initiative.
- Excellent Problem Solving and Communication Skills.
- IT industry experience would be a plus.
