Job Description
- To provide an internal training and development consultancy service to DHL staff, and the management team in Egypt through the identification of training needs, design and facilitation of training programmes.
- To plan, design, and deliver training initiatives that support the success of the DHL Egypt business plan and strategic intent.
- To assist technical trainers across DHL Egypt in the development of their core competencies, including but not limited to the design and delivery of training programs.
- To support Managers in identifying training needs of DHL Egypt staff.
- To develop an annual training plan and budget designed to ensure that the training needs of the organisation are met.
- To manage the training budget and costs of external suppliers in a way that provides DHL Egypt with the most effective use of the training budget.
- To develop and deliver training programs that meet the training needs of the DHL Egypt staff and our business strategy.
- To measure the effectiveness of the training programmes implemented, through the learning results achieved and return on investment.
- To support technical trainers within Egypt to ensure efficient and effective transfer of skills on the job and documentation of all training courses.
- To maintain accurate training information within the HRIS and provide reports on training activity / results as required.
- To publish and deliver a training schedule for each calendar year, which supports the company’s business plan.
- To provide monthly reports for the Country Human Resources Manager on progress to date against objectives, key training statistics, speed and effectiveness of training.
- To undertake additional projects as requested.
- The jobholder is responsible for identifying training needs and developing and implementing programs across functions, which meet the identified strategic needs, and strategic direction of the organization.
- The job holder is responsible for recommending, developing and implementing actions and activities, ensuring appropriate employee skills are developed.
- The job holder is also responsible for supporting and driving the corporate culture of the organization to ensure best practice.
Job Requirements
Education/Experience
- An intermediate level trainer, with significant experience in design and up front delivery of Soft skills training.
- TOT Holder.
- University degree preferably in Human Resources
- Minimum 2 years work experience as a Trainer
- Fluency in English & Arabic written as well as verbal
- Experience in project planning and management.
