Job Description
- Handling customer's inquires
- Use all acquired skills from training to adhere to the call script to ensure consistency of service
- Alert Customer operation manager of issues or concerns that required escalation
- Enter customer data on CRM
- Maintain Confidentiality of customer's data
- Adhere to the work Scheduled as plan
- Follow up with agents & Clients on weekly basis Handling all customer’s problems
- Attending Sales Meeting and Taking Minutes
- Responsible for the Mails & Faxes
- Enter data on the system of the company (CRM)
- Responsible for the filling
- Responsible for Transaction Closing (TCR)
- Attending Sales Meeting and Taking Minutes
- Receive paper work from Sales Associates
- Assist the HR departments by providing sales attendance & excuses
- Meet all the established operation deadline
- Create periodic reports for the managers
Job Requirements
- Graduated or Under-Grad are welcome to apply with 2+ years experience in Coordination
- Accurate and fast typing
- Good Command of English
- Familiar with CRM.
- Presentable
- Good commend of Microsoft office
