Requirements:
- Education: Computer Science / Electrical Engineering (Computer Department)
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience, at least 1 year as a business analyst
- Field of expertise: Government, Business process management, Banking (is a plus)
- Certifications if needed: CBAP is a plus
Personal skills:
- Clearly define problems, logically diagnoses causes, identify solution & create action plans.
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Time Management.
- work both independently and as part of a team
- work in a fast-paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment
- Excellent focus on results.

- Willing to Travel outside Egypt for short and long business trips.
Must:
- Technical experience in software development / implementation / Testing.
- Strong knowledge about relational database management concepts.
- Strong knowledge about Microsoft office tools.
- Good knowledge about Business process management concept.
- Business process modeling (BPMN) using tools like (Visio, Oracle BPM, ARIS …etc.)
- Technical writing skills.
- UML knowledge.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in analyzing projects implemented using (ADF, Oracle BPM, Webcenter)
- Good knowledge about oracle products i.e. BPM, ECM
