Job Description
- Understand the message the client is seeking to deliver and translate this into attractive social content
- Produce creative ideas for innovative campaigns.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Management of a social media platform including posting and monitoring target content.
- Respond in a timely manner to the needs, inquiries, comments and complaints generated through social media platforms such as Face-book and Twitter, coordinating escalations and further communications.Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
