Job Description
- Discusses manpower plans and recruitment processes with department managers ;provide close support to managers and job owners in recruitment techniques (interview, selection criteria, feedback)
- Prepares recruitment budget and commits to it accordingly.
- Acts as liaison with various recruitment sources such as newspapers, Universities, recruitment agencies, external job boards, online recruitment agencies and company website.
- Develops advertisements, job descriptions; monitors the quality of the company job advertisements and ensures that they are flawless.
- Searches for relevant and qualified candidates on various job boards (internally and externally on the different regional recruitment websites.)
- Identifies and contacts potential candidates through networking
- Develops a pipeline of qualified potential candidates and maintains an on-going relationships with high potential candidates
- Performs reference/background checks.
- Offers positions to candidates, negotiating/establishing salary and compensation package.
- Maintains recruitment reports with detailed schedule of timeframes for recruitment process and on-time delivery
- Provides recruitment statistics, analyzes recruitment trends and propose changes.
- Gets information on new recruitment methods, tools and training ways.
- Involved in other HR projects as: Oracle Implementation – HR module, Hay Salary Survey and others.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in same field in industrial company.
- Net Salary: 8000/10000
- Excellent command of English language.
- French language is an asset.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office.
