Job Description

We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Provide general support to other departments.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information.
  • Maintains office staff by orienting, and training employees.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending Meetings, Educational workshops and establishing personal networks.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Reports all work results to direct manager.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate shall be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.

Qualifications:

  • This vacancy is for Unveiled Females only.
  • You must have a recent photo on your profile.
  • S/He must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Operations and Office Management.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, and outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • A proven record of excellence in office administration and/or operations management.
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
  • Excels in operating in a fast pace.
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.
  • Ability to look at situations from several points of view.
  • Persuasive with details and facts.
  • Delegate responsibilities effectively.
  • High comfort level working in a diverse environment.
  • Flexibility with working hours and frequent traveling.
